She is the chef owner and managing director of\u00a0<strong>Toscana Saporita Cooking School<\/strong>\u00a0(estabileshed in 1994) and embodies the essence of the Italian spirit in her zest for life, and her passion for great food. She demonstrates these qualities with her outstanding skills as an ebullient teacher.<\/p>\n<p>Lotti has showcased her culinary expertise as she hosted luncheons and dinners at The James Beard House in NYC. She has also presented demos at\u00a0<strong>The French Culinary Institute<\/strong>, at CIA Hyde Park, at La cucina Italiana in NYC, at The Italian Culinary Institute, at Eataly NYC and at Eataly\u00a0<strong>Chicago<\/strong>,\u00a0at Degustibus at Macy\u2019s and at Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo\u00a0<strong>Florida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Lotti is the author of\u00a0<strong>L\u2019Anno Toscano, Sapore di Maremma, A taste of Tuscany\u00a0<\/strong>and co-author of\u00a0<strong>Dolci Toscani<\/strong>, the definitive compilation of Tuscan dessert recipes. Her last cookbook\u00a0<strong>La cucina della Lucchesia<\/strong>\u00a0has been on the best seller\u2019s list in Italy since it\u2019s release.\u00a0When not traveling or teaching classes at Toscana Saporita, Lotti can be found giving\u00a0<strong>private cooking lessons<\/strong>\u00a0in English and Italian as well as doing research for her next cookbook.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.toscanasaporita.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TOSCANA SAPORITA COOKING SCHOOL<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0was founded in 1994 by Anne Bianchi and Sandra Rosy Lotti. The school is located in a beautiful agriturismo (Agriturismo Casa Rossa)\u00a0<strong>by the Lake Massaciuccoli<\/strong>\u00a0which has also hosted the composer Giacomo Puccini.
